Cancellation Policy Holstein Girl Nails will charge 50% of the service(s) booked if a client cancels in under 24 hours. Clients subject to charge of 100% of service(s) booked if cancelling in under 24 hours becomes habitual. Late Policy For late clients, there will be a $10 fee added to service(s). Holstein Girl Nails holds the right to reschedule (upon which the client will be charged 50% of the booked service(s)) or shorten service(s) if the client does run late~ consultation upon arrival of what we will be able to accomplish with the remaining time. *Please note after 15 minutes past, the appointment will be canceled & marked as a no show. No show fee of 50% of services will be charged. Service Policy Holstein Girl Nails holds the right to refuse service to anyone at any point during the service to which deposit will not be refunded, and service being paid in full will be left to the discretion of Holstein Girl Nails. Enhancements on Minors: Holstein Girl Nails provides enhancement services to those aged 13+. Holstein Girl nails will not provide enhancement services to those under the age of 13 without prior discussion & consent of the minor’s legal guardian. Holstein Girl Nails retains the right to refuse service if they believe a minor will not be well suited for enhancements due to developmental/health concerns.
